Corunna Thrift Store Grand Re-Opening Weekend

"We wouldn't be able to do what we do without the community. We can't express our gratitude enough. The support we have received here [Corunna] has been out of this world."

Shannon Miller, Director of Thrift Operations

Corunna Thrift Grand Re-Opening

Volunteers of America Michigan introduced a brand new look and feel at their thrift store in Corunna, Michigan on March 13, 2020. Members from the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and the community joined in for a ribbon cutting ceremony and truly made the event a hit. Celebrations will last all weekend, so please stop in and join the fun.

The remodeled store provides customers with over 20,000 square feet of shopping for clothing, linens, pots and pans, bedding, household goods, furniture and more. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the store will go to support programs for homeless veterans, poor seniors, and struggling families in Michigan.

The location will allow for donation drop-offs, and will even offer pickup in the surrounding area. To schedule a pickup, call 866-333-8281.

The Volunteers of America Thrift brand is well known in the mid-Michigan area with four stores already, and their “Take Half-Off Tuesday” sale that is held the last Tuesday of each month.
