Celebration to End Veteran Homelessness

On Tuesday, May 6th, 2019, Lansing Mayor, Andy Schor, hosted a ceremony to announce an end to Veteran homelessness in the area. Volunteers of America Michigan was one of the organizations recognized for our contribution and service to homeless veterans across the state.

Since 1896, our motto has been, "we will go wherever we are needed and do whatever comes to hand." We will continue to let that guide us in serving our veterans and community. We are honored to be recognized and thankful for the opportunity to give back to those who risked their lives for us.
